What are the requirements for an appointment?

I welcome all pets into my home that have the proper and current vaccinations for health and safety.

Current vaccinations:

DOGS: Rabies, Parvo/Distemper

Strongly suggested, not required: Bordetella*, Canine Influenza (**Bordetella is mandatory for boarding**)

CATS: Rabies, Feline FVRCP

FLEA PREVENTION - PARASITE PREVENTION REQUIRED

PLEASE BE AWARE: Capstar will be administered for any flea infestation

additional fee of $10.00 will be added to your fee originally quoted.

I offer made in the USA or homemade, organic treats. Please let me know if you prefer your pet not to consume what is provided. Sanitized stainless steel bowls are given with filtered water for your pets comfort.

What do I need to bring?

Please have your dog on a leash. Cats in an enclosed carrier. If it's your first visit, I will need Vaccination/Vet information if you have not previously provided it at scheduling.

Do you have personal pets?

I have a neutered, male, German Short-Haired Pointer. He has all vaccinations; Rabies. Parvo/Distemper/ Bordetella, Lepto and Influenza. I will be more than happy to provide current Vax history to any client request. He is kept secure while I attend to your dog and is welcoming and playful.

GSP CLIENTS: unless you are here for training, your dog(s) must be crate trained, leash compliant, non diggers and no fence jumpers. E-collars are fine. I won't be held responsible if your dog jumps the fence and runs in an unfamiliar, foreign neighborhood. Those who do jump the fence or try, will only be allowed outside on a 20' lead. (This is for their safety and your peace of mind.) I have plenty of fenced in acreage they can run, dogs are supervised AT ALL TIMES.

Will my pet be left alone?

No, I work from home, personal errands are scheduled around dog appointments. Your pet will be supervised at all times in doors and outside.

How often do you report/check in with me?

I will text you when your pet is ready to go for bath clients. Any pet left over 1 hour from completion is charged $20 for a day stay.

Boarding Clients; I check in first thing in the morning, pics and videos are sent throughout the day. A nightly recap at bedtime.

What information do you need to know?

Please inform me of any issues your pet may have. ie; any & all health problems, past injuries, surgeries, allergies, bite history, fence jumper, aggressive with nail trims, needs to be muzzled, does not get along with other dogs, etc. The more info I have the better quality of care I can provide.
